Congrats to Liege Beauty Queen Noémie Happart, was crowned Miss Belgium 2013 – Miss Belgie 2013 on Sunday ngight of January 6th, 2013 at the Casino Knokke Heist.

The beauty queen from Liege is 19 years old and stands . She will represent Belgium at the Miss Universe 2013 and Miss World 2013 pageants.

If Noémie Happart wins the Miss Universe 2013. she will become the First titleholder from Belgium to crown the international competition, Miss Universe title.

If Noémie Happart wins the Miss World 2013. she will become the First titleholder from Belgium to crown the international competition, Miss World title.

Noémie also won the Miss Sport title. The first runner-up was Sherine Dandoy, 21, from Sclayn. The second runner-up was Melissa Vingerhoed, 21, from Ottenburg.
